3.1 Free Components

Free components are provided under the MIT License and can be used in both personal and commercial projects without attribution.

3.2 Pro Components

Pro components require an active subscription or lifetime license. With a valid license, you may:

• Use components in unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Modify and customize components for your needs
• Use components for client projects
• Access all updates during your subscription period

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the components
• Create derivative products that compete with MoonUI
• Share your license key with others
• Use components after your subscription expires (except for projects already in production)

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan. Payment is processed through Paddle, our payment processor.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to Pro components continues until the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

6. Account Terms

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Promptly updating information to keep it accurate

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code provided through MoonUI remain the intellectual property of MoonUI or its licensors, except for content you create using our components.

8. Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

MoonUI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
