We're confident you'll love MoonUI, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new purchases. This gives you ample time to explore our components and ensure they meet your needs.
Eligibility for Refunds
Eligible for Refund:
- First-time purchases within 30 days of payment
- Annual subscriptions within 30 days of initial purchase
- Lifetime licenses within 30 days of purchase
- Accidental duplicate purchases
- Technical issues preventing access to purchased content
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual renewals)
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- Customers who have previously received a refund
- Partial month refunds for cancelled subscriptions
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at refunds@moonui.dev within 30 days of your purchase
- Include your order number or transaction ID from Paddle
- Provide the email address used for the purchase
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Once approved, refunds are issued through Paddle and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Subscription Cancellations
Cancelling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund.
- When you cancel a subscription, you retain access to Pro components until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period
- To cancel without a refund, use the cancellation option in your account dashboard
- To cancel with a refund (within 30 days of initial purchase), contact our refund team

Pricing Errors
In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds. We will notify you immediately if this occurs.
Promotional Purchases
Purchases made during promotional periods or with discount codes are subject to the same refund policy. The refund amount will be the actual amount paid, not the regular price.
What Happens After a Refund?
Once your refund is processed:
- Your Pro subscription or license will be immediately terminated
- Access to Pro components will be revoked
- You may continue using free components
- Your account will remain active for free tier access
- You can repurchase a subscription at any time (subject to eligibility)
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly for refunds rather than initiating chargebacks with their financial institution. Chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Loss of access to all purchased content
- Ineligibility for future purchases
- Additional fees and legal action if warranted
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the policy update date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
